  Chris Chul Moon

  Chris Chul Moon is a vice president of diiPArt where he oversees whole projects and various matters in the office. With his 20 years of international experience in architectural design and construction fields, he has broad experience with a variety of program types including commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, institutional, infrastructure, and master planning. Chris’s expertise is in project management, and he has been the manager and team leader for many of significant projects including Seoul Financial Center in Korea.
  Prior to joining diiPArt, he had worked with numerous global-top architectural design and construction companies to conduct business in a socially, economically, and environmentally responsible manner of creating value for all stakeholders.
  He completed his studies at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a degree of Master of Architecture.
  He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and LEED Accredited Professional. He is a registered architect in New York, USA

• Fred Youngmin Kwon

  Fred Youngmin Kwon

  Architect registered in the Netherlands(SBA) and LEED AP. Born in Korea in 1976, Fred Youngmin Kwon studied architecture at Chung Ang University in Seoul and received his MSc degree in architecture from Delft University of Technology(TU Delft). After graduation he started working for Samoo A&E in Korea in 2005 and has practiced in the Netherlands, Seoul and New York as a lead architect until 2017. He joined diiPArt Seoul office in 2017, working on a number of important projects in Uzbekistan including Nurafshon Masterplan and new governmental facilities. As a project director, he has overseen a broad range of projects including Tashkent business center, New state museum of art in Tashkent and Samarkand hotel complex. He translated a book “Architectural positions, SUN Publishers, 2009” into Korean edition and has also lectured widely in universities in Korea. Mr. Kwon continuously works away at investigating more innovative design process integrated with other areas in construction and development industry.

He joined WONDOSHI in 2006, working on Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Indonesia, Gang-dong Cultural Art center, responsible for planning and particular part of design. As he moved to Chang-Jo in 2009, He responsible for important tasks such as P.M & P.L on CGNU Genaral Hospital, AEONMALL Indonesia BSD City, 2012 Yeo-su Expo GS-Caltex pavilion,YEULMARU culture " art park project. Since 2015, He have been work for project in C.I.S, working on Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Kazakhstan & Ukraine, Korean Cultural Art Center in Tashkent, Tashkent 21C children’s Hospital project.

  Peter Yoonchul Cho

  Peter Yoonchul Cho is a registered landscape architect in U.S.A and Design Principal of DiiPart where he oversees Masterplan, Urban Design and Landscape projects in the office. He brings exceptional design and management leadership as well as an extensive construction expertise with his 20 years of international experience. Prior to joining DiiPart, Mr. Cho was senior associate at the New York office of Hargreaves Associates, leading Miami waterfront project, Duke University's Bryan Center Plaza, Las Vegas MGM Resort Hotel and Masterplan of American University in Beirut, etc. He completed his studies at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a degree of Master of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning. He currently is a visiting professor of architectural design at the Hongik University. In 2009, He has received Project Honor Award from American Institute of Architects, New York Chapter. His recent works, Energy Park Masterplan and Leaf Trellis Folly Design, have been selected for 2017 Serbian Landscape Architectural Exhibition.

  Brandon Sohn is a Associate Principal / Chief Manager of PM & CM Department in diiPArt, specializing on construction management, real estate development PM, project financing and marketing. Brandon has graduated from The Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture at The Cooper Union (New York, USA) and he has over 13 years of extensive experience in the construction and real estate industry, internationally(North America, MENA Region, East Asia, etc.), working as a leading project manager(P/CM). Prior to joining diiPArt at the beginning of 2017, Brandon had worked with numerous global-top construction companies, developers and real estate holding companies and assisted the clients in a wide range of P/CM consulting services. His previous/recent projects include from real estate developments in residential/commercial real estate as well as in the hospitality & leisure sector to mixed-use commercial (CBD) development and mega-scale new urban development & re-development.
